As a certified FRC mobility specialist, Cailey brings a unique lens of joint health and function to her teaching of the practice. She is now able to incorporate functional breathing into each session, maximising the benefits of the movement and stillness that a yoga practice offers.
In her spare time, Cailey enjoys training for ultramarathons, and has massively benefitted from incorporating the Oxygen Advantage methods into her training. Her endurance, heart rate, hydration, stamina, mental clarity, and recovery have improved by leaps and bounds through functional breathing and she would love to share those benefits with anyone who is keen!
