I am a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapist and Education Mental Health Practitioner working within an NHS Mental Health Support Team in Lincoln, UK.
My current role sees me working primarily with children and young people with mild to moderate mental health difficulties and I have first-hand experience of the power of breathwork on such presentations as anxiety and panic.
I have been a breathwork and cold immersion advocate and practitioner for over five years and believe, with the formal training and certification through Oxygen Advantage, I am ready to expand and grow my own personal journey alongside supporting people with an understanding of and engagement with functional breathing to help regulate emotions, increase stamina, resilience and focus, improve sleep, control the stress response and live happier, healthier lives.
I see the negative impact of dysfunctional breathing daily and breathwork and mindfulness are core foundations and principles of my own therapeutic interventions as well as my personal practice.
I have experience working on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, offering both virtual and in-person/face-to-face sessions. I am keen to work with anyone, of any age, who wants to enhance their performance across all areas of their lives.
