After studying civil engineering and the first few years of work, a crisis loomed for me. My body was sending me clear signals in the form of a weakened immune system. I had a very, very cold. I also suffered from congenital bronchial asthma and various allergies to pollen, animal hair, food, etc.
Then I have the Wim Hof and the Oxygen Advantage® method. Two powerful tools that different skills cannot be.
I have been practicing since the method procedure and benefit from the activities on body and mind. My sickness rate dropped significantly. My asthmatic and above all allergic symptoms disappeared quickly and the trigger for my crisis was revealed to me.
I have my life, everything in advance of my attitude. I saw a new purpose in my life. I want to give what I've got to other people. A tool for self-help. A possibility to belong to yourself out of the vortex, to break your chains and to belong to yourself anew in order to reject your full potential.
Now I'm the Wim Hof Method and Oxygen Advantage® Instructor. I listen to new new ones and lots of fun and energy in my workshops and trainings.

Nach dem Studium zum Bauingenieur und den ersten Arbeitsjahren bahnte sich bei mir eine Krise an. Mein Körper sendete mir deutliche Signale in Form von einem geschwächten Immunsystem. Ich war sehr häufig erkältet. Weiterhin litt ich unter angeborenem Asthma Bronchiale und diversen Allergien gegen Pollen, Tierhaare, Nahrungsmittel usw.
Dann entdeckte ich die Wim Hof und die Oxygen Advantage® Methode. Zwei kraftvolle Tools, die gleichzeitig einfacher nicht sein können.
Ich praktiziere seit dem die Methoden täglich und profitiere von den Auswirkungen auf Körper und Geist. Meine Krankheitsrate sank deutlich. Meine asthmatischen und vor allem die allergischen Beschwerden verschwanden fast vollständig und der Auslöser meiner Krise wurde mir offenbart.
Ich änderte mein Leben, allem voran meine innere Einstellung. Ich habe einen neuen Sinn in meinem Leben erkannt. Ich möchte anderen Menschen das geben, was ich bekommen habe. Ein Werkzeug zur Selbsthilfe. Eine Möglichkeit sich selbst aus dem Strudel zu befreien, seine Ketten zu sprengen und sich mit sich selbst neu zu verbinden, um sein volles Potential auszuschöpfen.
Jetzt bin ich Wim Hof Method und Oxygen Advantage® Instructor. Ich freue mich auf neue Herausforderungen und jede Menge Spaß und Energie in meinen Workshops und Trainings.
