After studying civil engineering and the first few years of work, a crisis loomed for me. My body was sending me clear signals in the form of a weakened immune system. I had a very, very cold. I also suffered from congenital bronchial asthma and various allergies to pollen, animal hair, food, etc.

Nach dem Studium zum Bauingenieur und den ersten Arbeitsjahren bahnte sich bei mir eine Krise an. Mein Körper sendete mir deutliche Signale in Form von einem geschwächten Immunsystem. Ich war sehr häufig erkältet. Weiterhin litt ich unter angeborenem Asthma Bronchiale und diversen Allergien gegen Pollen, Tierhaare, Nahrungsmittel usw.
