I’m a former international gymnast turned performance coach, dedicated to helping athletes and everyday individuals achieve peak performance in sport and life.
Retiring from competitive gymnastics due to burnout, I experienced firsthand the mental and emotional pressures of high-level sport. I eventually went on to coach for a further 20 years in the sport of gymnastics which further fuelled my passion for equipping others with the tools to thrive under pressure and build resilience.
I also certified in strength and conditioning, functional mobility and sports psychology
Having grown up around holistic health I have adopted a holistic approach to my coaching. A core element of my work focuses on helping athletes and everyday people balance the autonomic nervous system through functional breathing practices, emotional intelligence and improving heart rate variability (HRV) for better health, wellbeing, and optimal performance.
