He has over 10 years experience in sport specific training along with 2 years of yoga and breath practice. His approach to training is very simple and is very much a client lead process.
He has a passion for helping young and busy professionals improve their understanding of what Health & Wellbeing is, and how that can be related to high performance and how it’s achievable to everyone.
After practicing the oxygen advantage methods to improve his own performance and health, He had to become certified as an instructor.
