As founder and head coach at FUNCTIONAL GOLF, I’ve been helping golfers improve their game and enjoy golf more for nearly 15 years. I offer personalized golf instruction and fitness programs for beginners, casual players, and those looking to compete.
I have accompanied many golfers returning from injury, rehabilitating after surgery (e.g., knee or hip replacement), or dealing with pain. My goal is always to provide golfers with instruction that benefits them on and off the golf course.
I have observed that functional breathing is a completely overlooked aspect of golf instruction despite its significant influence on how we play golf. Proper functional breathing can enhance swing mechanics, improve focus, help manage stress, and lead to better overall performance and greater enjoyment. This realization led me to integrate functional breathing techniques into all of my coaching programs.
