Originally from a corporate background, I discovered the power of the breath whilst unable to work; I was really ill with long-Covid and once I had recovered, some 20 months later, decided that going back to a corporate job wasn’t the right thing to do, I wanted to help people feel stronger, happier & healthier, so I trained initially as a Wim Hof Method Instructor and found my clients were really interested and keen to learn how the breath can help them dramatically improve their day-to-day lives. My wife and I came across the Oxygen Advantage and were hooked on the simplicity, practicality and adaptability of the OA techniques and decided to train together to become Advanced Instructors.

We live in Emsworth, between Portsmouth & Chichester on the south coast of the UK. We teach both on-line and face to face, in groups or as 1-2-1 clients, all around the UK. Our workshops are fun, practical and engaging and we have had some really terrific feedback.

Our clients come from all walks of life - those who struggle with health conditions, to elite sportsmen and women, teenagers dealing with anxiety and corporate clients hoping to improve focus & dial down stress - almost everyone is looking to improve their sleep!
