At the age of 16, with fragile health, I made the decision to enroll in a fitness center. This marked the beginning of significant transformations in my life, and it was at this point that I realized my responsibility for my own well-being. I have now been working as a physical trainer for over 20 years, helping individuals regain robust and lasting health. I hold certifications from the Institute of Motion (IoM) in the United States and the Rehabilitation Prague School as a DNS exercises trainer.

In 2009, I was introduced to the practice of breathwork by a Taoist master. Impressed by the simplicity, knowledge, and wisdom of this spiritual tradition, I decided to fully commit myself to it, becoming a 31st-generation Taoist monk in the Quanzhen Longmen AnPai lineage. I also teach Taoist meditation and QiGong.

Subsequently, I sought to gain a deeper understanding of breathing, which led me to discover the Oxygen Advantage® method.

Practicing the Oxygen Advantage® method has allowed me to enhance my physical abilities, experience increased daily energy and serenity. Today, I aim to share this straightforward and pragmatic approach with you, regardless of your level or goals. I offer sessions in groups, one-on-one, or online. I teach in French and English.
