I started doing tai chi and boxing as a teen in Chicago Illinois. It was the only option for martial arts I had. I practiced diligently and always knew I wanted to teach and train others. My interest in self-healing grew as I entered my twenties, I studied Chinese medicine and Rolfing. When I was 26 years old, I opened a small studio and worked at gyms teaching classes. When I turned 30, I opened a 10,000-foot training facility, where I trained high level athletes, including a gold medal Olympian and 7-time national lacrosse champions at northwestern university. My wife and I traveled to Russia and adopted 2 children.
We have dedicated our lives to keeping them healthy and safe. I’m 2005 I was fortunate to coach the regional boxing team for the USA which would be a feeder to the Olympics. As time went by, I continued my education and become certified in Pilates through Romana kryzanowska, gyrotonic, ginastica natural, meridian stretch, onnit academy and Egoscue method. I developed a passion for movement.
In 2010 I started to compete in ironman triathlons, over the years I have completed 9 full Ironman’s and two ultramarathons which each consisted of 100 miles. In 2017 I moved to Colorado and it took me some time to adjust to the altitude, I started to look around for options to help my breathing. I came across the Oxygen Advantage and it was the perfect fit for everything I was doing and has really filled the gaps which were left open in my training and teaching. I look forward to educating people as I find this work so vital in all our lives as times have become challenging and the importance of quality breathing has never been more evident.
