Something profound happened to me in the summer of 2017 that set me on a path of self-healing and discovery. I became obsessed with harnessing my God-given biology to be the most optimal version of a Human Being; Body, Mind, and Spirit.
In my constant search to find mechanisms that help keep anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, anger, and the “racing mind” at bay, I have re-discovered many ancient remedies and self-healing techniques.
