A mental performance coach, with a degree in sports performance and a masters in sports psychology, I integrate Oxygen Advantage in my work to aid people reaching their optimal performance, from the sports field to the corporate world I use the OA methods to help people perform.

A former world champion in Rowing and London 2012 gold medalist I have spent over 25 years in elite sport, as both an athlete and coach.

Currently I am working with athletes in Jamaica, UK and France.
