I struggled in school, I was shy, had undiagnosed Dyslexia and had what was put across as “Nervous Asthma”. As a teenager, my life was turned around when I started Ju Jitsu classes and further enhanced when I deepened my knowledge of breathing, first correcting my own, then supporting others in their journey to better health, sporting performance and wellbeing. I work best in groups however do take a select few clients working predominantly online. I love teaching and am passionate about helping others. I firmly believe that correcting your breathing has a massive impact on your life. I run events across Northern Ireland and travel internationally – I am happy to do free workshops for local charities – Please feel free to contact me.

I have been training, teaching and working in the Martial Arts for over 38 years. Shortly after starting my journey, I developed a passion for teaching which has remained with me throughout my life. I started by helping those I found struggling around me and progressed to assisting in clubs, then taking my own club and from there, progressed to National coach, Country rep and now have become Chairman of our world-wide group.
