Delicia is an Aviation and Organisational Psychologist and has her own consultancy focusing on helping organisations harness the potential of their people and teams by elevating them to high-performance functioning.

She continues to pursue her lifelong passion in helping individuals achieve optimal mental and physical well-being and maximising their performance, with her experience in developing mental resilience and adaptability training and conducting peak performance coaching for elite military pilots.

Having taught breathing techniques for dealing with stress and anxiety for the last decade, she has seen its benefits first hand, and has now continued to advance her teaching of breathwork techniques as a certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor.

Delicia is based in Singapore, and at her company, Cydel, she works with organisational clients, conducting training on a group or one-to-one basis, both in person and online.
