Mein Name ist Elmar Fitz, ich komme aus Vorarlberg, Österreich. In meinen 20ern übte ich Klettersport aus, dann philippinische Kampfkünste. Viele Jahre hatte ich Probleme mit dem Atmen beim Schlafen. Ich stieß dann auf das Thema Atem und fing an, mich mit verschiedenen Methoden zu beschäftigen (Buteyko-Methode, Oxygen Advantage). Seit ich am Abend Tapes verwende, kann ich wieder durchschlafen. Nachdem ich einen Instructor des Oxygen Advantage kontaktiert hatte, war mein Interesse geweckt und ich absolvierte die OA-Advanced-Prüfung. Es freut mich, wenn meine Erfahrung anderen Menschen nützlich sein kann. OA kann eigentlich bei jedem Atemzug angewendet werden, und wird auch zur gesundheitsfördernden Gewohnheit. Ich kann die Methode nur jedem empfehlen, es ist für Menschen jeder Altersstufe und Kondition geeignet und hilfreich.

Für mich sind auch die Themen Gesundheitsvorsorge, Ernährung, Schlaf, Bewegung und Mind-Set, Zielerreichung, Coaching sehr wichtig.

Ich will mein Wissen gerne teilen und weitergeben.

My name is Elmar Fitz, I come from Vorarlberg, Austria. In my 20s I practiced climbing, then Filipino martial arts. For many years I had problems with breathing while sleeping. I then came across the topic of breathing and started to look into different methods (Buteyko method, Oxygen Advantage). Since I started using tapes in the evening, I have been able to sleep through the night again. After contacting an instructor of the Oxygen Advantage, my interest was awakened and I took the OA-Advanced exam. I am happy if my experience can be useful to others. OA can actually be applied to every breath, and also becomes a health-promoting habit. I can only recommend the method to everyone, it is suitable and helpful for people of any age and condition.

For me, the topics of health care, nutrition, sleep, exercise and mind set, goal achievement, coaching are also very important.

I would like to share and pass on my knowledge.
