Hi, I’m Eloise
I am a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer.
Oxygen Advantage® Functional Breathing Instructor
Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and as well as Perimenopause and Menopause. I have always loved the body’s ability to heal with breathwork, movement and health.
I have recently moved back to SA after living in the UK and Australia for the last 20 years, and love being back in nature and love Trail Running in the beautiful mountains around me. In my spare time I love doing Karate and CrossFit.
As a Mom of 2 boys eating healthy, moving our bodies and mindfulness are really important to me, as well as being comfortable and feeling good in your own body.
The desire to become a Yoga Teacher and PT, stemmed from working on my feet all day as a hairdresser, getting Graves Disease and my body not working for me as it used to after having kids.
I educate women (all the way form children to Athletes) on the importance of learning about how their body works, through breath, alignment and mobility, in order for the body to move optimally to support a healthy and active lifestyle.
