Emily Harmon is a breathing instructor and lecturer based in Columbus, OH.
She is passionate about the ways in which breathwork and understanding the science of breath can contribute to emotion regulation and nervous system flexibility.
She believes that we can alter the mind with the body much more efficiently than we can alter the mind with the mind, and this is the foundation of using conscious control and conditioning of the respiratory system to improve mindset and performance capabilities.
Currently Emily works with educators, performers and athletes around the country and is available for group lectures and workshops as well as private consultations.
