Je suis Emmanuel Roux.

J’habite dans le Sud Est de la France et travaille dans le Massif Central et les Alpes.

Depuis 2002, je suis accompagnateur en montagne, moniteur de VTT. J’ai aussi des diplômes dans l’encadrement de la spéléologie, le kayak et le raft.

Je suis aussi professeur de yoga depuis 2010 et yoga thérapeute depuis 2021.

Enfin, je suis passionné de la méthode Wim Hof.

Mes activités professionnelles s’organisent essentiellement entre l’hiver, où j’encadre des randonnées en raquettes et le reste de l’année, où j’organise et encadre des séjours de jeûne, randonnée et Yoga au sein de la structure que j’ai créé en 2016 : Esprit Jeûne (www.jeune-rando-yoga.fr)

La respiration étant la base de la santé, devenir instructeur Oxygen Advantage était une évidence.

Je souhaite aider tous ceux qui le souhaitent à retrouver tout d’abord une respiration fonctionnelle et naturelle. Mais aussi aider les sportives et sportifs à progresser dans leur(s) discipline(s) grâce à une respiration adaptée.

I am Emmanuel Roux.

I live in the South East of France and work in the Massif Central and the Alps.

Since 2002, I am a mountain guide, mountain bike instructor. I also have diplomas in speleology, kayaking and rafting.

I have also been a Yoga teacher since 2010 and a Yoga therapist since 2021.

Finally, I am passionate about the Wim Hof method.

My professional activities are organized mainly between winter, where I supervise snowshoe hikes and the rest of the year, where I organize and supervise fasting, hiking and Yoga stays within the structure that I have created in 2016: Esprit Jeûne (www.jeune-rando-yoga.fr)

Breathing is the foundation of health, becoming an Oxygen Advantage instructor was a given.

I want to help all those who wish it to first find functional and natural breathing. But also, to help sportsmen and women to progress in their discipline(s) thanks to an adapted breathing.
