I am a seasoned Yoga teacher with 14 years of experience, having trained in various Yoga disciplines including Yoga for 12 step recovery and trauma.
My journey into Yoga and Breath work was deeply personal, driven by my own experiences with Complex PTSD (CPTSD) and addiction. It was through these challenges that I discovered the transformative power of breath work, which became a cornerstone of my healing and my work.
With a deep personal understanding of the nervous system I integrate the Oxygen Advantage principles into my teaching or into individual breath training where I work them into your daily life.
I am based in the SW UK, Dorset and Devon mainly and work either Online or in person.
