Growing up in South Florida, I've always had a love for the ocean and freediving (breath hold diving).
In 2018 I became a certified PADI Freediving Instructor. When I started teaching, I noticed the profound effect that breath holding had on students. I also recognized a major lack of knowledge around breath in the industry (and western society in general). So, I began searching for new ways to incorporate breathwork into my teaching.
I stumbled upon Patrick's book and immediately connected with the message and purpose of Oxygen Advantage and knew adding this program would be beneficial. I recognize that not everyone has access to water and not everyone is called to freediving, thus I see Oxygen Advantage as a way to connect with people outside of the diving industry and to promote functional breathing, wellness and peace of mind.
