Originally from Colombia, and after having lived in 9 different countries, Felipe now calls Spain his home. And it is from there that he indulges in his passion for understanding the unbounded limits of human potential and its most potent tool: the breath.
With a couple of master degrees, an engineering background and 15+ years of experience in the corporate and startup worlds, his analytical side fully embraces his thirst for science and data-driven insights that derive from observing one’s breath. He couples this, however, with his urge to learn from lived experience and to lean into his own intuition. Felipe lives in constant awe with the beautiful simplicity that hides behind human complexity, and how the breath is the commander-in-chief behind all these systems.
Today, Felipe works with 2 types of customers:
1. Manager, Directors and C-level positions from multiple companies, merging his business coaching and consulting practice along with tools for self-regulation and personal growth, such as (you guessed it) the breath.
2. Athletes (both pro and amateur), looking to up their game by optimizing the way they breath, and with that, the physiological and psychological adaptations that take place in and out of the courts.
Having lived the benefits of proper breathing in his own skin, and having improved his stuttering to the point it goes unnoticed -for the most part-, Felipe has decided to detour his Innovation & Strategy career and follow his passion and skill, and support leaders and organizations into states of high performance.
He is also trained in multiple mind / body / soul practices.
Originalmente de Colombia, y después de haber vivido en 9 países diferentes, Felipe ahora llama a España su hogar; y es desde allí que alimenta su interés por explorar y entender el potencial ilimitado de la experiencia humana y su herramienta más potente: la respiración..
Con una formación en ingeniería, un MBA, y más de 15 años de experiencia en el mundo corporativo y empresarial, su lado analítico abraza completamente su necesidad de comprender la ciencia y las perspectivas basadas en datos que se derivan de observar la respiración en uno mismo. Sin embargo, combina esto con su impulso por aprender de la experiencia vivida, y apoyarse en su propia intuición. Felipe vive en constante asombro por la hermosa simpleza que se esconde detrás de la complejidad humana, y de cómo la respiración es el jefe real detrás de todos estos sistemas.
Hoy, Felipe trabaja con 2 tipos de clientes:
1. Directores y Gerentes de múltiples empresas, fusionando su práctica de coaching ejecutivo y consultoría empresarial junto con herramientas para la autorregulación, autoconocimiento y el crecimiento personal; como por ejemplo (evidentemente) la respiración.
2. Atletas (tanto profesionales como amateurs), que buscan mejorar su desempeño optimizando la forma en que respiran y, con ello, las adaptaciones fisiológicas y psicológicas que se producen dentro y fuera de las canchas.
Habiendo vivido los beneficios de una respiración adecuada en su propia piel, y habiendo mejorado su tartamudeo hasta el punto de la impercepción -en su mayor parte-, Felipe ha decidido redireccionar su carrera en Innovación y Estrategia Empresarial, para seguir su pasión apoyando a líderes y sus organizaciones a llegar a estados de alto rendimiento.
Felipe también ha entrenado en múltiples prácticas de mente / cuerpo / alma.
