About Me
My name is Florian Obst.
I am a German, living in Fremantle/Perth, Western Australia.
My breathwork journey began after reading the books "The way of the Iceman" by Wim Hof, "Breath" by James Nestor and "The Oxygen Advantage" by Patrick McKeown. These books led me to explore the benefits of cold exposure and functional breathing. I quickly realised how deeply connected both are.
As a runner and practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, I experienced first-hand the importance of proper breathing techniques for athletic performance.
In 2021 I began hosting a weekly community based ice bath and breathwork group drawing curious and likeminded people. In 2023 I started to combine sauna with ice and breath. The focus is on functional breathing whilst exposed to the healthy stress of cold/heat exposure. I have observed significant shifts in mental health and wellbeing.
I believe the key to optimal health and performance lies in functional breathing and therefore am inspired in my mission to change people's lives by teaching them how to reconnect and enhance their breath.
I love working with individuals, but am also offering group coaching.

In my work I also incorporate cold exposure therapy, but that’s of course optional.
