Frank has over 20 years of swim coaching experience and is an ASCA Level 5;3 Certified Coach. He has been a triathlon coach for over 10 years and is a USAT II Triathlon Coach, along with being an AFPA Certified Personal Trainer and Functional Movement Systems Certified Exercise Professional. He is the author of the Five “B” Method to a Successful Triathlon Swim.
Frank was first introduced to Oxygen Advantage when listening to a podcast and immediately purchased and devoured the book. As a coach and endurance athlete he quickly realized no matter how hard he trained and worked out his dysfunctional and poor breathing habits were going to hold him back from reaching his full potential.
He is now on a mission to introduce athletes and non-athletes alike to breathe the way our bodies were designed and the absolute necessity of efficient breathing that has an overwhelming impact on our overall health and wellbeing. Individuals who are looking to improve their performance simply need to start with proper breathing. Becoming more mindful and aware of their breathing, during training and daily life, will help to create more energy and improved performance.
