I have a paramedical care background, and I am currently running a home care company in Marseille. I am used to work with a variety of patients, with all possibles pathologies (Cancer, Asthma, hypertension, diabetes, covid, heart diseases, psychiatric disorder,etc).
Very interested about everything about health, read a lot about nutrition,physical training,breathing exercises, mental training. Lastly I’m really passionate about correcting bad posture, as in our society it’s something really overlooked in modern medicine,whereas it has a strong link with a lot of shoulders/back and hips problems that a lot of people are facing.
Also practitioner of combat sport, life long boxer and more recently Mixed Martial Arts. I’am a big believer in sports value that can transfer in real life, as combat sport helped me to never give up,and overcome obstacles.
Oxygen Advantage really allowed me to retrieve a peaceful mind,and to find serenity when everything is chaotic, and I’m really grateful for that. Breathing is totally ignored in modern medicine, or addressed only with medications or oxygeno-therapy,which in some cases are needed, but there is a lot of cases where we could modify bad breathing habits and really completely improve the patient quality of life.
