Hi, My Name is Gagan Kohli and I am a Strength and Conditioning Coach. I run my own Fitness Studio in New Delhi by the G.A.S.P which stands for Gagan's Advanced Sports Performance. My usual Clientele is between the Age group of 11-18 who take my services to improve their respective sports Performance.

For me Oxygen Advantage has opened up a new Door of training Method that I am still exploring. I have basically included every aspect of Breath Training along with Posture Correction and Strength training to bring about Holistic Fitness at a young age.

Many of my general clientele have themselves felt tremendous results after practicing Relaxation exercises provided by Patrick.

I feel myself lucky to have come across this method of Improving health and fitness.
