As a former amateur gymnast in my teens, I came back to fitness 15 years ago becoming aware of how age takes its toll on your health; loss of muscle mass and bone density. I dismissed the traditional health clubs as they failed to address the holistic approach to being your strongest best.
Finally, I setup a home gym after refreshing my knowledge in biology and physiology as a “Biomed Technician”.
