Reiki Practitioner, Lifestyle and Breathing Coach
I was born in Surrey, England in 1989 and I have enjoyed a career in the UK Property Industry for over 10 years. Having worked in sales for many years I met hundreds of people from all walks of life, and my interest in learning about people and the mind & body connection developed. After discovering the Wim Hof method, I acknowledged that although on the outside my life was rich, on the inside I was unfulfilled and felt that life was rushing by and I was chasing emptiness. So, in 2021, I took a leap of faith to leave my job as a Marketing Director for one of the top agents in the UK and my country of birth, to follow my heart, knowing that there is another way to live. It was the best decision I have ever made!
Today my life feels more peaceful, exciting and abundant! My passion is to pass this knowledge on and show people that with the correct focus on their mind and breathing they too can feel more fulfilled and live a life of purpose and meaning. I class myself as spiritual being having a human existence. I love my crystals and I am a trained Reiki Practitioner, which I use in my daily life. I am a firm believer of the Wim Hof method and practice regularly combining the daily breathing meditations & ice baths.
In my personal time, I love being outdoors in nature, being active and love to learn new things to challenge myself outside of my comfort zone. I am a keen sports person and enjoy paddle tennis, hiking, boxing, golf, fishing and much more. You will also find me in the kitchen cooking, as my roots are Greek-Cypriot, and as I'm sure you know, we love our food!
