Athletic performance enhancing methods have always interested me – and the Oxygen Advantage® is by far one of the best methods that can be used to improve performance and optimize health.
I find it easy to apply to anybody, regardless of gender, age or physical state: from performance athletes to corporate executives and office workers – anyone can have great results / benefits by applying Oxygen Advantage® training principles which restore functional breathing patterns, improve sleep and mindfulness, enhance productivity and support stress management.
My passion for athletic performance started at an early age, as a track and field junior athlete during primary school – when I was so driven by this sport that I decided to skip play time with kids of my own age in order to share my time between school, homework and training.
Later on, I started practicing “strong lift activities” such as powerlifting and bodybuilding, and achieved some decent qualifications in national and international contests – winning multiple championships.
Since then, I have dedicated my time and energy to the learning process becoming qualified as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Functional Movement System instructor (FMS1, FMS2, FCS, FBS) and Strength and Conditioning Coach, on top of which I have recently added an Oxygen Advantage® Instructor Certification.
