About Me
I have been passionate about sports and human performance my whole life.
Five years ago, I had to overcome a very difficult period in my life. I started looking for ways to regain my energy and emotional balance. Very soon I discovered the power of the breath and decided to learn as much as possible about the different protocols that exist. This journey not only helped me to get back on track personally but also allowed me to become a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor.
After 18 years in the corporate world, I founded my training company called B-YOU in 2020. We teach people techniques that increase their energy levels and improve their concentration. We also help people to build resilience to remain stable and inspire confidence in high pressure and uncertain situations. Our techniques and protocols are all science-based, certified and bring results rapidly.
The Oxygen Advantage protocols are a key part in the training modules we offer to:
- The corporate world
- Schools
- The world of sports (athletes and trainers).
I am based in Luxembourg but also teach in France, Netherlands and Belgium. I speak fluently English, French, Dutch and Italian thanks to my multi-cultural background. I offer online and face-to-face training.
What motivates me in training others with these techniques, is to see people gaining their energy, improving their performance and becoming happier with themselves.
