Gray Caws is the founder and director of Adventures in Movement, and a specialist in breathwork, functional movement, and holistic well-being.
With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, he has trained with renowned experts including Patrick McKeown (Oxygen Advantage® and Buteyko), Danny Dreyer (ChiRunning), and Lee Holden (Qigong, breathwork, and meditation).
Gray is a master Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, Level 4 personal trainer, and an advocate for mindful, embodied practice. He teaches not just techniques — but awareness. His approach is rooted in the belief that real change happens through understanding: knowing what your breath is telling you, how stress patterns show up in your body, and how to shift them with intention and consistency.
He delivers instructor trainings and retreats throughout the UK and Europe alongside fellow coaches Andrew Ritchie and Elaine Jackson, and also runs online courses and private sessions from his bases in London and Portugal. Gray is also developing the Wellness Innovation Programme — a multidisciplinary framework for coaches, educators, and health professionals exploring how breathwork, movement, and mindfulness can foster long-term health and resilience.
Gray has guided sessions for the ASICS Movement For Mind programme, working closely with leading mental health researcher Dr Brendon Stubbs. The project, which tracked nearly 200 participants, showed that 70% became more active after completing the programme — a testament to the power of awareness-led breath and movement practices.
