I am a chartered and HCPC registered musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience across the NHS and the military (RAF). I have had a clinical interest in dysfunctional breathing and its impact on function and performance for over 15 years. The last 2 years has seen me being involved in developing and delivering a residential course for military personnel suffering from the effects of COVID 19 – breathing re-education was a fundamental cornerstone of the course and its positive effect reinforced my beliefs in the importance of breathwork.
Having recently completed the Oxygen Advantage Instructors course has added another dimension to my holistic approach to rehabilitation and performance. I have extensive experience with working 1-2-1 or with teams having previously been the physio/conditioning coach for both RAF athletics and netball.
Looking to help people from dysfunction to performance using an integrated and holistic approach.
