Based in Somerset, Hannah loves helping people find an easier, more enjoyable way to run. In addition to being a ChiRunning senior instructor and level 4 personal trainer, she also brings a deep understanding of biomechanics, alignment, and movement therapy through studying with Katy Bowman of Nutritious MovementTM and Lauren Ohayon of the RYC® core rehab method.
Hannah trained as an Oxygen Advantage instructor after experiencing the difference that improved breathing technique made to her own running. She works with clients 1:1 in-person and online.
