In addition to being a breathwork instructor, I am certified in personal training, menopause coaching, metabolic fasting and energy healing. I draw upon this toolkit of skills, integrating breathwork into all of my coaching, either as a single focused modality, or blended with my other modalities, tailoring my sessions to meet the unique goals and needs of each client.
We can work towards any wellness or fitness goal. Clients have found breathwork sessions particularly beneficial for combatting stress, anxiety or sleep issues. Sessions can be in-person or via zoom.
