Hazel Boot

Hazel is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist based in Christchurch, New Zealand.  She has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and various other qualifications that she integrates to create personalised evidenced based protocols for individuals and groups.

She works with a broad range of clients from professional athletes to clinical populations and focuses on recovery from illness, injury and pain. She has been an allied health professional for the last 17 years and specifically uses her Oxygen Advantage toolkit to help those with asthma, post viral syndrome, stress and autonomic NS dysfunction. She also focuses on breathing techniques to enhance functional movement and performance as well as sleep.
