Holly Newton

Based on the Coast of Central Queensland, Holly is passionate about releasing the inner elite in every individual. Founder of Primal Performance, Holly's approach to optimal performance combines the power of the breath, the state of the mind and the functional movement of the body to create an insightful perspective on the human body. From this she has developed the Elite Potential Program, designed for individuals from kids to adults, athletes to business owners to find and unlock the resilience within.

Started as a Wim Hof Fundamentalist, she found Oxygen Advantage and it has provided her and her clients with the tools needed to reach maximum performance and health.

Currently in her last year of a Psychology Bachelor and a member of the Australian Psychological Society, Holly's knowledge in mental peak performance allows her to provide resilience and mental toughness training for anyone looking to gain an edge.

With her Certificate IV in Fitness, Certifications with the CHEK Institute and growing up as an athlete, Holly uses a biomechanical approach when coaching sport specific training as well as primal and corrective movements to build a fully functioning body.
