Holly Shoebridge

In late 2018, Holly navigated an unexpected health diagnosis; it was the catalyst that changed her life for the better.

As a result, she set out on a path of Self healing & studied psychoneuroimmunology, meditation & functional breath teacher training (Oxygen Advantage), pranayama, regenerative detoxification, counselling w/ majors in mind-gut connection & mindfulness-based therapies & holistic lifestyle coaching (CHEK). Holly combines her experience & studies to help others on their own healing journey.

Holly teaches from the mid north coast of NSW, Australia, predominantly online offerings. Face to face sessions are available for people local to the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Holly works with a range of clients, from individuals from all walks of life, and also offers small group and/or corporate workshops.
