My name Is Igor Bajtl.

I am ultra trail trail runner from Croatia.

I incorporate breathing techniques in my trainings, races, regeneration, and mental preparation before and during the race.

I also teach and guide other ultra runners and people in everyday life how to control focus, placebo, motivation, pain, mindfulness, being in present like a tool in many hours run or solving everyday problems for common people

My clients are mostly endurance runners, and other people who are involved in any kind of sport and want to control their breathing and focus.

Ma client are other people who simply doesnt know how to breath in everyday life.
