Isaac Diaz

I am deeply passionate about raising the level of vitality in human beings via endurance sports training that involves proper breathing, biomechanics, and psychology.

I am currently devoted to triathlon training/racing to improve my understanding of human physiology/psychology through direct experience. I have received several top 3 overall amateur division finishes for my first year of 70.3 Ironman Racing.

For 2023 I will be making the jump to race in the professional circuit and hope to deepen my relationship with the breath as I push my mind, body and spirit boundaries.

I am looking to coach individuals who are looking for an endurance sports coach (triathlon/running) that can teach them the oxygen advantage technique alongside the training plan!
