Growing up I was plagued for years with respiratory issues like rhinitis, lack of focus and constantly living in my head. I thought I was born like this, that I could never change the way I feel.
It wasn’t until I discovered breathing exercises did I realise how great I could actually feel. Through the positive effects that these breathing exercises had on me I began to delve deeper into the science of the breath and was astonished and how I related a lot of my problems growing up to the pattern of my breathing.
Since then, I have been on a mission to retrain my brain to breath more efficiently. I have since cured my respiratory issues, felt more connected to myself, life and everyone that I encounter.
My passion is to show people that their breath is the greatest tool we have for mental, spiritual and physical healing.
