As a Life Coach, Jason integrates his training as an Oxygen Advantage and Buteyko Instructor; his knowledge as a Master Practitioner of NLP and Hypnosis; and his own life experiences, to resource people to improve their own health and wellbeing.
Jason is passionate in following his belief that a holistic approach to mental, emotional and physical health is the best way forward. Understanding the benefits of functional breathing techniques and consciously building these practices to become habitual underpins the foundation of Jason’s teaching.
He works with individuals and groups within a variety of structures and settings depending on your needs.
