She works with a wide range of clients including children who have adopted improper breathing or swallowing habits, to adults who are undergoing treatment for sleep apnea or TMJ therapy. Jennifer’s passion is working with clients who suffer from disordered breathing, jaw pain, asthma or anxiety.
After witnessing the benefits of Buteyko Breathing for improving overall health for her clients, Jennifer completed her training as a Certified Oxygen Advantage Advanced Instructor in 2024 so she could offer more tools to individuals who wanted to bolster their fitness performance, running efficiency, mental clarity, sleep health and physical recovery.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science at St. Francis Xavier University, and a Doctorate Degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of Alberta. Jennifer has completed continuing education in the field of orofacial myofunctional therapy with the Academy of Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (AOMT), and trained at the Coulson Institute in Denver, Colorado.
