About Me
You’re used to performing at a high level.
You make decisions at executive level, pursue ambitious goals in sport and expect a lot from yourself. You know how to keep going when things get demanding.
I learned, performance isn’t only about how much pressure you can handle.
It’s also about how efficiently your system works when the pressure is on and how quickly it recovers when it’s over.
That’s where breathing becomes interesting.
You can be fit, disciplined and successful and still breathe in a way that costs you unnecessary energy, affects your sleep and recovery, you decision making or limits your performance under physical and mental load.
And you may never notice it.
I work with executives, high performers and athletes who don’t need another reminder to work harder. They want to understand how to perform more efficiently, recover better and stay clear when it matters.
Using Oxygen Advantage methods, we look at how you breathe at rest, during sleep, throughout your day and under physical load. We work with functional breathing, breathing efficiency and your individual breathing patterns and translate them into practical strategies for your work, training and recovery.
As an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor, Wim Hof Method Level 2 Instructor and Executive Coach, I combine breathing physiology with mindset and embodiment. My approach combines functional breathing and strategic cold exposure to support performance when it matters and better recovery and sleep when it’s time to switch off.
My perspective on performance is also shaped by my own experience: I worked as an engineer in the corporate world, played competitive rugby for 13 years with asthma and today I bring these principles into endurance and ultra-trail running.
I know what it means to push.
But I’m far more interested in what happens when you stop relying on pushing as your only strategy.
Because performance starts with your breath.
