Jeremy Price

Jeremy is a former Board-Certified Massage Therapist turned Personal Trainer. He trains clients in personal, group, & workshop settings with an emphasis on functional and corrective exercise. Jeremy is a NFPT-CPT/Functional Trainer and holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in Corrective Exercise, Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning, Neuromuscular Stretching & Nutrition. Jeremy is a longtime Yoga practitioner with teaching certifications in Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. Lastly, Jeremy is a Level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor, An Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing Instructor, & a Breatheology Instructor.

Jeremy is based in Roanoke VA in the U.S. and will work in person or online. Of late, Jeremy has been spending more time with the older population and veterans directly but also enjoys working with younger folks, athletes, and musicians whenever the opportunity presents itself.
