Jesse Costelloe

Jesse is a Strength & Conditioning Coach, plying his trade at the QLD Lions with the NPL U18s Mens team, the Rowing Squad at St Peter's Lutheran College as well as the Volleyball and Football players at Kelvin Grove State College.

After suffering years with chronic injuries from a horrific bus rollover in the Airforce, Jesse looked further into taking his recovery into his own hands, especially with regards to his mental health and that's how he stumbled onto the Oxygen Advantage material. Seeing the results from self-application he decided to sign up to become an Advanced Oxygen Advantage Instructor to learn the most he can to help his athletes become the best they can on and off the field.

He continues to expand his knowledge and application of the principles taught within the Oxygen Advantage with a dual focus on recovery and optimal athletic Performance.
