Jim Esten

Jim is a qigong and meditation instructor with the Kettle Moraine YMCA district in southeast Wisconsin.

Before the pandemic, Jim worked in a variety of fitness roles and after a long stretch of online only teaching, now works almost exclusively with seniors teaching the principles of Long White Cloud qigong and integrating the science of breathwork into mindful movement, meditation and senior fitness classes.

Jim is based in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, USA and is available for private sessions as well as small group corporate offerings.
