I am  PhD student in the Department of Cognitive Sciences at Carleton University under the supervision of Dr. Georg Northoff (Ottawa U) and Dr. John Anderson. I am a member of the Cognition and Neuroscience of Aging (CANAL) and Mind, Brain Imaging, and Neuroethics (MBIAN) labs. I hold an BSc in chemistry and mathematics from Campbell University and an MSc in the anatomical sciences from Queen’s University. My past research has focused on teaching and memory. My current research focuses on respiration and its correlations with neurocardiovascular health and cognitive function. My passion is human performance. My introduction to breathwork came through the Oxygen Advantage and it is knowledge that I have used to help guide me in PhD work.

I provide services in person to the Ottawa community and online all over the world.
