I am an integrated performance coach, teaching high performing golfers, using a multidisciplinary approach, consisting of psychophysiological modalities (mental performance, science based functional breathing and HRV biofeedback).

I saw a huge hole in the mental performance side of the golf coaching industry and chose to use OA to help fill it.  While mental performance is integral to overall success of a golfers play, I realized that the underlying issue of how to fix the problem in the moment, specifically somatic anxiety manifestations in the swing, was not often addressed. This is where functional breathing shines in my opinion.
