In 2020 I began my journey and fell in love with meditating on Scripture. It was so life-changing I had to tell others. But who would listen?
After 2 years of searching for ways to add credibility to my name, I found Oxygen Advantage. Unlike meditation and other breathwork styles, OA offered a no-nonsense approach to breathing that was approachable to everyone with a nose.
