Karolina is a well-being coach based in Surrey in the UK. Her passion is helping clients to be physically and mentally flexible, adaptive and resilient, so that they can find balance and fulfilment whilst rolling with the challenges of life. She is particularly interested in helping clients to find inner calm and contentment, improve sleep and enhance their quality of life.
Karolina recognises the value of a holistic approach that addresses physical, behavioural and psychological enablers and she has trained extensively to develop the skills required to work with clients on these levels. Karolina has an MA in Psychology, she is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and she is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. She has experience in working with adults as well as children, including children with special needs. Her approach blends Behaviour Analysis and yoga with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training). Functional breathing training is a crucial aspect of this approach and the Oxygen Advantage has usefully extended the repertoire of techniques that Karolina uses with clients.
Karolina offers 1-2-1 or small group sessions, either in-person or online.
