Kathy loves the winter months when you will find her nordic skiing, both classic and skate. When the snow is gone she turns to cycling, hiking and running as she patiently awaits the return of winter. All of these activities improved when she learned how to breathe properly. She found she had more energy and less fatigue.
Kathy specializes in working with people who think they can’t. (can’t do yoga, can’t hike, can’t ski, etc.) She is excited about showing others that they CAN improve their fitness by improving their breathing patterns/habits. She enjoys working with the non athlete as well as the athlete, often at the same time. She aims to make each training session fun for all.
