Kelly Hopkinson is a well-regarded breath coach, yoga instructor, and wellness advocate known for her work promoting holistic self-care through breath training, mindfulness, and functional movement. She is certified as an advanced Oxygen Advantage Breathing instructor and uses her biochemistry, meditation, and physiology knowledge to help individuals optimise their overall health and well-being to live their fullest everyday lives. Incorporating Oxygen Advantage practices and theory into Kelly’s existing yoga sessions, workshops and retreats proved seamless and added the much-needed focus of breath training to enhance overall health.
Kelly transitioned into wellness after experiencing burnout as a Primary School Teacher.
